About Terri Gondron

Terri Gondron has more than 30 years of mortgage lending experience and has served thousands of borrowers in Acadiana and throughout Louisiana. Terri’s success has grown from her passion for finance and dedication to helping people.

She's known for her total commitment to every client and for providing excellent, personalized service from application through closing.

Terri is a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator through NMLS (Nationwide Multistate Licensing System). A graduate of Our Lady of Mercy High School in St. Martinville, she went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Finance from USL (now the University of Louisiana at Lafayette).

In 1993, Terri began her mortgage career as a loan processor for a residential wholesale mortgage lender in Baton Rouge. In 1996, she became a mortgage loan officer for a locally-owned mortgage company in Lafayette. After years of hard work, Terri decided to create her own mortgage company – and Priority Mortgage Lending, Inc. opened for business in 2002.

In her spare time, Terri enjoys attending music festivals and travelling both nationally and abroad. She also loves outdoor activities such as cycling, hiking and running.
